the staff were helpful. they ensured i got a parking space right outside the hotel.
the photos online seemed misleading. my room was quite outdated. the carpet was dirty and the bathroom had black mold around the plug hole.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal at around 80 meters. the town center. Breakfast offered many choices and was quite good. The rooms were very clean. This.
I found one minor issue, the lack of complimentary milk in the room for tea. I was directed to a local shop to purchase it. I found this quite unusual for a hotel and a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station, and a service shuttle runs from the airport for only 4 Euros. The staff also happily kept my bags before check-in and on the day I left. I found this helpful.

The hotel is situated in a very central location near train and bus stations. I was pleased with its easy walking distance to both the train and coach stations. It is also near the ferry terminal.

The room was a good size. It featured a modern bathroom. nice extras, such as an emergency toothbrush. There was also a big bed that helped to ensure a nice sleep I enjoyed the clean, presentable condition.

The staff were all cheerful and pleasant. I received a great recommendation for a steak restaurant from them. The receptionist went out of her way to help book a dog friendly taxi and provide cutlery.

the hotel's proximity to the station proved ideal i appreciated being able to easily access transportation links. the staff were cute i found them genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. the gluten-free bread at breakfast was a nice touch
